1. Our return/refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Clearance items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. To be eligible for a return, we require your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
4. You can request a return & refund if your order is in the event of defective, damaged, or received product is not the same as you ordered. Gift cards or downloadable software products are non-returnable.
Steps to complete a return:
1. Contact us via email: email@example.com with your order number included along with the issue of your received order stated.
2. If your return request is rejected (will notify you via email), or approved, we'll send you a downloadable & printable return label along with our returning address for your fulfilling-return convenience. Your returned order must be delivered to our warehouse with 45 days, and your refund will be issued within the following 2 business days back to your original order-paid account.
3. MyLoveCasa will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item back to our designated address of warehouses.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
1. If your order takes an additional 1 week's time before delivery over the stated shipping time, a 10% refund of your order price will be made within 2 business days after confirmation, or a 20% refund of your order price will be made within 2 business days if your order was confirmed taking an additional 2 weeks' time or more before delivery.
2. All missing orders will be refunded in full amount within 2 business days once confirmed with our customers.
3. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded or returned.
If you haven't received a refund yet within our stated time period, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
