1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX), Google Pay, and PayPal payments

2. Where are the packages sent from?
Fast shipping from USA, UK or DE. Same day shipping for orders placed before 14:00! Our shipping partner: DHL, Hermes, DPD, GLS, Royalmail, Yodel, UPS, FedEx, CORREO.

3. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
For broken pieces, during shipping, you can get a free replacement from us.

4. I received the goods, but I don't like it, can I return it?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it up to 14 days from the original purchase date. For address within Germany & UK, we will pay for the return delivery and provide a printable pre-paid return label; for rest of the countries where shipping service is provided, we will refund the cost of sending an item back to us, and the tracking number and invoice copy of returns are required.
